De-Coupling
De-coupling in business means breaking apart processes, services, or value chains that were previously tied together. Instead of customers having to accept a whole package, they can “pick and choose” only the parts they want. In simpler terms: De-coupling separates activities or services that were traditionally bundled, enabling new business models and better customer choice.
